- When ordering a children's character card, please notify us in the notes section which character theme you wish for us to follow.
- If ordering a photo card, once your order has been placed please send the photo of your choice to foreverfleurgifts@outlook.com along with your order number in the subject.
- Please note everything is handmade and there may be some variation depending on size, colour and embellishments.
- Delivery information: please allow up to 14 working days for your order to be completed (this does not include delivery time).
